International School-Seminar - "Problems of Theoretical Cosmology-II" - to be held in Ulyanovsk on September 11-21, 2000.

The first International School-Seminar was held in Ulyanovsk, September 1-10, 1997. There were more then 80 participants from Russia and abroad (details and many contributions one can find in Gravitation & Cosmology, Vol.3 (1997), No.4). We do hope that this scientific forum was really successful and many of the participants of the UISS-97 would like to attend the second International School-Seminar UISS-2000. So, we are very glad to invite our colleagues working in the field of cosmology, general relativity and astrophysics from different countries to participate in the work of International School-Seminar to be held in Ulyanovsk on September 11-21, 2000.
